Common questions
How quickly can I get my order?
Most in-house orders ship or are ready for pickup in 7–10 business days after proof approval. Rush production is available when you have a hard deadline — just tell us the date.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on the product, how many you order, how many colors are in your logo and how many places it goes. You'll see the exact price before you commit, and it drops as quantity goes up.
How do I upload my logo?
Any file you have works — PNG, JPG, PDF or vector art. If it isn't print-ready, our art team cleans it up and shows you a proof before anything gets made.
Can I see what it looks like first?
Yes. You'll get a digital proof showing your logo on the actual product, at the actual size, in your chosen color. Nothing goes into production until you approve it.
Which method is right for my logo?
You don't have to know. Tell us what you want it to look like — printed, stitched or a leather patch — and we recommend the best method for your artwork and quantity.
Is there a minimum?
Most apparel starts at 12 pieces and hats start at 24. Signage and some promo items have smaller minimums.
