Step 2: Choose Your Hat Style & Colors

We typically use the Richardson 112 trucker cap, known for its quality and comfort, but we also offer a variety of other brands and styles — from snapbacks to flat brims. You can select colors that match your brand, team, or personal style.

Step 3: Share Your Logo or Design

You can email us your logo or design idea, and we’ll handle the rest. If your file needs to be cleaned up, resized, or reformatted, our in-house design team can take care of it. We’ll also help you choose the right patch shape to make your design look its best.

Step 4: We Craft It In-House

Once the design is approved, we get to work. Each patch is laser engraved on premium leatherette, applied using Durra-Bull USA-made adhesive, and heat-pressed for a long-lasting bond. Every hat is hand-checked for quality before it ships.
